Planning to Exit Your Business

There are a confusing number of options open to you in choosing the optimum way to exit your business. See below for the options available to you which Mike can guide you through and select the most effective in achieving your objectives.


Exit Readiness Assessment:

As part of the process of exiting your business, it is as well to take a hard look at how ‘exit ready’ your business in fact is at present.

If you want to achieve top dollar, then it is wise to review your state of exit readiness and take whatever action is needed to really bring your business up to the best possible position for sale.
Mike has access to proprietary software which he can use to undertake a very comprehensive exit readiness assessment. A detailed plan of action will ensue from the assessment, and firm timelines can be drawn for the business improvement programme leading into the sales process at a selected future date.

Exit Options
